Internal Auditor - Now Hiring

Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, is working within the gambling & gaming industry. Looking for an Internal Auditor (2 Openings) in Riverside and/or Davenport, IA. The right candidate would be able to work independently, self-starter, demonstrated history of reliability, and efficient communication skills, ability to remain professional, straightforward, and display interpersonal skills, creating strong working relationships with various departments and leadership.
This is a direct hire/permanent opportunity. Salary range based on experience, position is open to various levels of experience. Fully onsite, Monday thru Friday, normal business hours, occasional travel (up to 6-HRs radius) to other locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete audits of casino and hotel functions, processes, internal controls, accounts, records, and other activities to ensure reliability and integrity of information
• Determine scope of audits, methods of evaluation, prepare reports, and recommend corrective action to resolve issues discovered during the audit process
• Respond to ad hoc requests to address control issues, maintain technical proficiency with GAAP, auditing standards, trends, and best business practices
• Develop coordinating annual audit plans, risk assessments, and internal performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related and/or equivalent experience
• Experience in audit or regulatory compliance for operations
• Communication, Reliability, and Professional demeanor 
• CPA, CIA, or CFE preferred
• Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
• Advanced Microsoft Office, financial, and reporting systems knowledge
