Job Description
  •  Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities. 
  • Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation to them as needed.
  • Assist with the registration of residents for trips and programs.
  • Conduct various activities at the direction of the Resident Program Director. 
  • Maintain necessary activity supplies, which may include outside purchasing. 
  • Follow department budget guidelines. 
  • Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 
Qualifications
  • Expeiance conducting programs and activities for seniors (preferred) 
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent form of a two-year college or technical school or six months to one year related experience and/or training
  • You are someone who is excited and enthusiastic about fun activities and getting others to participate in those activities.
  • You are extremely patient, helpful and flexible with others when explaining directions and answering questions.
