Responsibilities:

• Work with supervising physicians and mid-level providers to render patient care
• Read and follow standing orders, protocols, and policies
• Perform venipuncture / Administer IM injections
• Take vitals and perform related supervised functions
• Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory

Requirements:

• Training and licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent (unencumbered)
• High School Diploma
• Pass Background check
• Hours of operation: M- 8-5, Tu 8-7, W 8-1, Th 7-5, F 8-5 and Sat 8a-12:30pm (Rotating Saturdays)
