Customer Service Representative

We are seeking applications for a Part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Baudette, MN branch location. The position will work between 20-29 hours/week.

Qualified candidate will provide bank customers with services for a variety of routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, processing loan payments and other teller tasks. In addition, the position will provide customer service for electronic banking services, including online banking, bill pay, mobile banking, and debit cards and may provide back-up support for other deposit services. Previous cash handling experience preferred. Quality customer service skills required. Prior experience a plus but will consider entry level for the right candidate.
