About us:

We are customer-centric and we serve both the private and public sector and are committed to the mission of ensuring all nuerodivergent adults have access to high-quality executive function support. Our organization has an innovative and comprehensive 90-day coaching process, uniquely tailored to each client.

Is this you?

You want freedom and flexibility to work from home

You want to leave a positive impact on the world through your unique gifts.

You love to guide others through a process of transformation and growth.

You are flexible, responsive, and willing to do what is best for the team success.

What do we do?

We empower adults through online executive function coaching, guiding them to enhanced skills in the key areas of life skills such as:

  • Planning
  • Organization
  • Self-advocacy
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Initiation
  • Time management
  • And more!

What will you do in this role?

As an Executive Function Specialist, you will engage in one-on-one remote coaching with adults with ADHD and ASD to strengthen their executive functioning skills.

You will evaluate their initial executive function skills, coordinate with their team to ensure a coordinated approach, and guide them through regular sessions, remaining aligned with our 90 day transformation process, while also applying your unique expertise to situations that arise.

You'll also facilitate Family Team Meetings to celebrate progress, identify new goals, and determine responsibilities.

You will need to have firm boundaries while also being flexible to evolving needs. This work requires a high level of self-awareness, curiosity, humility, and a "can do" attitude.

Are you up for the challenge?

What are you going to be held accountable for?

You will be held accountable for the successful development of your clients' executive function skills, their progress, and the effectiveness of the interventions you design.

You are also responsible for maintaining open and clear communication with the adults, their plan designers, their families, and your colleagues.

You will need to be flexible, creative and brave -- clients will challenge you to not only show how much you know, but how much you care.

This job is not easy, but it can be incredibly empowering, for clients, families, and care teams.

Does this sound attractive to you?

What will your day look like?

Your day will primarily consist of remote coaching sessions with clients, reviewing their progress, developing and updating coaching strategies, and documenting their progress. In addition, you'll collaborate with team members, participate in administrative tasks, and engage in professional development. Many sessions will be in afternoon and evening ( 3pm -9pm PST)  and a 4 hr window on the weekend either Saturday or Sunday between (9am- 6pm PST)

Here are things you might have done in a previous role:

In a previous role, you may have been involved in special education or coaching, where you provided direct services to clients with diverse learning needs. You might have also been responsible for creating individualized learning plans, reading and analyzing SPED documents, and tracking client progress.

More things to think about before deciding if this role is right for you:

  • You Struggle with Demanding Situations: If you find it difficult to work with demanding parents or have challenges in setting firm boundaries, this role might not be suitable for you. Our coaches need to maintain professional yet empathetic relationships with both clients and their care teams.
  • You Have An Inflexible Schedule: The nature of our work requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the varying needs of our clients. If you prefer a rigid work schedule or are unable to adapt to changing time requirements, this position may not align with your preferences.
  • You are Frequently Traveling: Consistency and dependability are key in this role. If you are often traveling or unable to commit to a stable schedule, it could impact the continuity and effectiveness of the coaching process.
  • You Are Seeking a Less Challenging Role: This position can be demanding and requires a high level of professional resilience. If you are not looking for a role that challenges and pushes you to grow, this might not be the right fit

Benefits:

  • Fully Remote Company
  • Flexible working hours
  • Opportunities for advancement
  • Mission driven company
