Receptionist Customer Service

Reception is the first contact our clients make with our company, so this position is a vital role, and the importance continues on with the client on a daily basis when our customers call for assistance with various stages of their project. Good communication skills are a must. All applicants must clear in their communication and speak fluent English. Bi-Lingual applicants who also speak Spanish are a plus. Our receptionist is responsible for.

Answering and assisting clients with their initial and ongoing needs. Routing calls to the appropriate office staff if he/she cannot resolve our clients' needs. Creating and maintaining office and client files on a daily basis for new jobs and work in progress. Uploading file information and job information daily into our online database. Communicating with vendors with regards to invoicing and work in progress. Entering invoices received into QuickBooks daily. QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Computer skills - Office, excel, Microsoft Word, QuickBooks, and a comfortability working on computers.

Candidates must be articulate, able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to be committed to working 8am to 5 pm daily with a lunch and work breaks totaling 1hr.

High school diploma or Ged

Organizational Skills are needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
