Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Remodeling Project Manager located in the Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point Area. The Residential Remodeling Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspections, logistics management, and overseeing project schedules. They will coordinate with clients, contractors, designers, and architects to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within budget. The Residential Remodeling Project Manager will also be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing opportunities to improve project efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Expeditor and Project Management skills
• Experience with expediting, inspections, and logistics management
• Experience overseeing residential renovation projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively and efficiently manage internal field staff
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus
• Experience with green building practices is a plus
