Oyler Construction Company is hiring a 'Working Superintendent' to lead Interior Finish Carpenter crews handling the installation of interior wood trim and casework.
- $5000 Sign-on Bonus (must meet the minimum experience requirements)

Oyler Construction Co. is seeking highly skilled carpenters with experience installing commercial trim, cabinetry, doors, and door hardware. Must be willing to travel and work on out-of-town projects as needed. Jobs are located within a 2-hour radius of our office in Eaton, OH 45320. Some overnight stays may be required depending on project location and duration. Oyler Construction will provide lodging and per diem for these projects. Work Schedule/Benefits
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Typically (Hours can vary as needed to stay on schedule)
Weekends Off (Saturday work may be required occasionally to stay on schedule)

Pre-Employment Requirements
1. 5 years Construction experience/ 2 Years of RELEVANT Commercial Interior Trim Carpentry experience/ 2 years of RELEVANT Supervisory experience

Work is out of town at various jobsites!
Must be willing to travel within 2 hours of our office in Eaton, OH as needed per business demands.
We service Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Our projects consist of Senior Living Centers, Apartments, Universities, Retail Businesses, etc. Oyler Construction Co. furnishes and installs high quality detailed millwork, cabinets and finished wood products. We also install bathroom accessories, WD interior doors, HM Interior doors, HM, KD door frames and miscellaneous specialties allowing us to offer a complete finish carpentry package.
