You will represent the AT&T brand and meet customers' wireless needs within a kiosk inside big-box retail stores. Our AT&T Retail Sales Associate ensures a genuine customer experience that delivers results by selling to our customers' needs and positively impacting store sales and individual earning potential.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer questions and describe product features.
- Create product awareness for various wireless products to generate a repeat customer base.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance consumers' buying experience and drive profitable sales.
- Retain and utilize product knowledge to help consumers discover how our products meet their everyday needs.

Qualifications:
