About the Job

We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor will be primarily responsible for providing clinical supervision to assigned treatment staff providing mental health services to ensure quality through timely consultation, training, and collaborative problem solving. The role will also perform direct clinical services as necessary to residential treatment programs across all regions as needed. The Clinical Supervisor must have experience with a wide range of community mental health treatment services from traditional outpatient to case management to licensed residential treatment. They will review and approve Mental Health Assessments as needed and provide feedback regarding mental health service types, amounts and appropriateness, according to individual client/program. The Clinical Supervisor will promote culture of recovery and peer support throughout the agency, empowering peer support specialists to help the individuals we serve break isolation, cut through shame and stigma through self-determination, self-expression, and practice new skills.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)

What You’ll Make

$6,250 - $7,500 per month DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).

Pay Scale

  • Unlicensed: $6,250 - $6,750 per month
  • Professional Oregon Mental Health License: $6,750 - $7,500 per month

About the Program

Our vision for the Health Services Unit is for all residents living in ColumbiaCare facilities to receive the highest standard of health care that encompasses both their mental health and physical health needs and treats the whole person, using a health-oriented model that focuses on the resident’s holistic healthcare needs.

ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. QMHP employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program. Central Clinic is an approved NHSC worksite by the Oregon Office of Rural Health (ORH) for the Oregon Health Care Provider Loan Repayment Program, for eligible licensed employees who apply.

What You’ll Need

Successful candidates MUST have:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • At least THREE (3) years direct mental health post-graduate experience.
  • Licensure as Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist is HIGHLY PREFERRED. IF licensed, must meet board requirement to provide licensure supervision or must complete training requirements within 12 months of hire.
  • Supervisory experience is highly preferred.

Driving is an essential function of the position. Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver’s license, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.


Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, sit, stand, walk, reach; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. It may require the ability to occasionally climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable. In addition, you must successfully complete crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings, which require performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.
