Experis is searching for a highly capable SharePoint Administrator to deploy and manage all aspects of our SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive environment. As the primary SharePoint Administrator, you will be configuring, designing, maintaining and supporting our SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive platform for several hundred users across multiple geographic locations. This position will also act as the lead Power BI developer, implementing Power BI across the organization to visualize key business metrics and support data-driven decisions.

In this role you will: 

  • Support the migration of existing on-premise SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online
  • Design, build and maintain the SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive platforms
  • Provide development and enhancement of applications within SharePoint
  • Analyze, design, build & maintain PowerBI dashboards for all levels of the organization
  • Assist in data and metrics collection in support of reporting & enterprise transformation efforts
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiencies through automated workflows & dashboards
  • Configure and maintain backup procedures and data retrieval to prevent data loss
  • Provide outstanding customer service while responding to user calls, emails, and tickets
  • Maintain detailed documentation for SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive
  • Provide end-user training and support
Requirements: 
  • Educated.  Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar preferred
  • Experienced.  5+ years as a SharePoint & Teams administrator; data analytics & PowerBI a plus
  • Knowledgeable. Deep knowledge of Windows OS, SQL Server, PowerShell, PowerBI & O365  
  • Team Player.  Able to work independently and as a productive and contributing team member
  • Meticulous.  Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly assess and analyze problems
