We have an exciting opportunity available for a highly motivated Lead Software Engineer (Mobile Developer) professional located in Georgetown TX. As a Lead Software Engineer (Mobile Developer), you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external IT vendors to deliver high-quality, user-friendly mobile solutions tailored to the needs of Client.
Qualifications What You’ll Bring:
The Sr. Mobile Developer has a passion for delivering high-quality mobile solutions, adapting to rapid changes in business strategies, and effectively managing complexity. This position requires creative problem-solving skills and a highly organized, process-focused aptitude to manage various responsibilities and deliverables.
- Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 8-10 years’ experience in mobile development roles utilizing Flutter, Dart, Node.js, or other Object-Oriented Programming Languages
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and APIs
- Hands-on development experience with SOLID principles
- Experience with Cloud-based solutions on AWS and/or Azure
- Experience with mobile databases and backend services
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in delivering mobile projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with various technical disciplines, including program management, development, test, operations, and support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate workload and progress effectively
- Superior interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across groups and management levels
- Ability to excel in ambiguous business situations by adapting plans and approaches
- Sound problem resolution, negotiation, judgment, and decision-making skills.
