What will you be doing?

• Represent Manpower in a professional manner with documentation, communication (client calls, requests, complaints, etc), as well as appearance
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to work mandatory overtime
• No GMP/Safety Issues
• Point person for all individuals on the pack line on your shift 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Delegate and assign tasks as necessary to ensure business needs are met
• Oversee employees ensuring all necessary tasks are completed and safety is always maintained
• Handle tasks as assigned by Onsite Manager, Shift Lead, and Shift Coordinator

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude
• 1 year of manufacturing
• 1 year of leadership to 10 workers or more
• Basic knowledge of Office365
• Strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 pounds

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.60
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
