Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Inpatient Pharmacist to join our partnered team in Kingman, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for inpatient staffing duties including order verification, supervising technicians, and consulting with physicians and nurses. IT Systems: Proficiency with Cerner and Omnicell systems preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Fulfill inpatient staffing duties including order verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, pharmacokinetic dosing, and providing consultative support to physicians and nurses.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outes.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD or BSPharm) from an accredited institution.
- Active Arizona pharmacist license in good standing.
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong munication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
