Description

As a Regional Sales Manager at R&S you will be the heartbeat for developing, training and supporting the sales team within a specific region to provide value, ensuring long term customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:
  1. Promotes and follows the R&S culture throughout the sales team and neighboring departments
  2. Responsible for the sales teams execution of customer satisfaction through entire sales process
  3. Coaches the sales team of the specific region to showcase value, customer service and quality products
  4. Responsible for Key Account selling and managing within region
  5. Mentors and onboards new Large Ag sales employees
  6. Focuses on maintaining a consistent sales process execution within the specific region
  7. Partners with Retail Development Manager for employee development and training
  8. Manages and builds relationships with local community partners
  9. Collaborates with Operation Sales Manager to understand the current sales processes and structure
  10. Understands and implements the current OEM and Dealer sales model
  11. Collaborates with Marketing Department to promote business activities within AOR
  12. Ensures sales metrics and goals are met for a specific region
  13. Manages sales department equipment including vehicles and sales office equipment
  14. Facilitates the relationship between parts, service and sale departments within region
  15. Attends personal development and product training
  16. All other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  1. 3+ years sales experience, 1+ years sales management experience
  2. Participates in 16 hours of agricultural related community events annually
  3. Thrives in a fast-paced selling environment
  4. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
  5. Showcases adaptability and critical thinking skills
  6. Frequent travel to throughout assigned region
  7. Demonstrates understanding of both farming equipment and agronomic practices
  8. Must be able to use computer and navigate a wide range of online platforms
  9. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  10. Valid drivers license with insurable driver history
  11. Ability to use software applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
  12. Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
  13. Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
  14. Associates or Bachelors Degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
