Job Description SummaryThe Technical Certified Account Manager with manage and maintain the NGP 1&2 Engineering integrated product teams (IPTs) earned value management (EVM) and integrated master schedule (IMS) planning and reporting by being an active member on 3-4 IPTs.Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Technical Certified Account Manager, you will:

 

  • Manage funding allocation by category vs amount spent.  Decide when and if Budget Change is required.
  • Lead development of the Detailed Engineering Plan for assigned IPTs.
  • Provide accurate weekly status to the Detailed Engineering Plan for assigned IPTs.
  • Complete IMS updates with engineering scheduling team.
  • Communicate Clarity load needs to Operations Leadership.
  • Gather financial and manpower needs from IPTs.
  • Track spend and provide input to the overall quarterly spend forecasting (updated weekly).
  • Support Operations Team with the program management and execution as a representative from you IPTs.
  • Obtain and maintain government security clearance at Secret level and work within a controlled secure environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' knowledge of Open Plan or other program management software tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college (Or 3 years of equivalent experience).

  • Ability to influence adjacent organizations without direct authority.
  • Program management experience or demonstrated aptitude as an IPT lead, subsection manager or systems engineering.
  • Proven facilitation and collaboration skills.
  • Flexible and friendly approach to working in teams.
  • Interest in being a self-starter with your eye constantly on problem solving and driving solutions.
  • Highly-motivated, passionate and exceptional communication skills.
  • Keen listener and innate drive to succeed.
