Experience:

• 36 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

Geisinger Janet Weis Children’s Hospital Level I Pediatric ICU is seeking a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner to support the educational needs and programs for our Pediatric ICU..

The Level I pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) at Geisinger Janet Weis Children’s Hospital provides the highest level of medical care for seriously ill or injured children in central and northeastern Pennsylvania and beyond.

Schedule: Days (M-F), Full Time (1.0 FTE, 40 hours/week) (Exempt)

Bachelor’s Degree-Nursing (Required), Master’s Degree- (Preferred)

Minimum of 3 years RN experience, including Pediatric ICU (Required)

Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body

All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission.
