Are you a passionate bodywork professional eager to provide personalized assisted stretches to our members and create lasting connections? We are searching for Flexologists from diverse backgrounds such as Personal Training, Physical Therapy, Chiropractics, Yoga, Group Fitness, Exercise Science, Massage Therapy, and Athletic Training. We value growth-minded candidates and promise a wealth of opportunities for those with ambition! As we continue to expand, Management & Lead Flexologist positions will be available to support our scaling plans.

Upon joining our team, each Flexologist will complete our comprehensive Flexologist Training Program. This training includes approximately 30 hours of in-studio and webinar sessions as prerequisites, followed by formal in-person Flexologist Training led by a Master Instructor. We take care of the training expenses, valued at $850, and you will be compensated for your training time!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions ranging from 25 to 50 minutes, targeting all major muscle groups, extremities, and small muscles, including the neck.
• Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and guide and motivate them throughout their sessions, ensuring they understand the purpose and sensations of each stretch.
• Assess clients' mobility and provide insights on areas of tightness, along with advice for maintaining mobility and flexibility in their daily routines.
• Prioritize safety by adhering to proper stretch techniques and enforcing StretchLab's policies and safety rules.
• Actively discuss, recommend, and promote future visits and membership options to clients, fostering a loyal and engaged customer base.
• Manage client care, delivering an exceptional stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and providing valuable 'stretch homework.'
• Assist the manager in building StretchLab membership and retaining current members through strategic follow-up appointments and outreach efforts to encourage regular attendance.

Qualifications:

• Must have a love for boutique fitness environments, and a passion for movement, stretching, and flexibility.
• Possess at least 1 year of bodywork experience in a fitness/health environment with hands-on training.
• Strong professional work ethic, punctuality, and excellent communication skills, reflecting empathy and compassion.
• Availability for part-time (minimum 15 hours) and full-time shifts, typically spanning between 4 to 8 hours depending on availability.

Preferred Backgrounds:

• Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Performance Coach
• Corrective Exercise Specialist, Kinesiology, and Sports Medicine
• Physical Therapist (including Aides providing hands-on therapy assists)
• Chiropractors (including those in training)
• Massage Therapist
• Former collegiate and professional athletes with a strong understanding of anatomy
• Pilates or Yoga Instructors
• Formally educated and trained Dancers
