Grounds Crew

Description of Duties:

• Staff assists in preparing the field for the game.
• Maintaining during the game.
• Repairing the field after the game.
• Other duties include pulling the tarp during inclement weather
• Maintaining equipment.
• Maintain the areas around the stadium.
• Assist in ALL field conversions.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds shop and surrounding areas.
• Drag and rake field during games.
• Grounds staff may be on call for certain stadium events.
• Your supervisor may assign other duties at any time

Working Conditions:

• Employee will be regularly required to stand and walk.
• Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lb. as needed.
• Must be prepared to work early mornings, long days and late nights.
• Employee must have an email address and the ability to regularly access it.
• Employee must be punctual.
• Employee must follow all company standards and policies.
• Employee will be required to work outdoors in warm weather.
