Summary of Functions: The primary responsibilities of this position will involve creating and enhancing training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines for our security guards. The successful candidate will be ensuring the safety and security of our organization by developing comprehensive training materials and updating existing protocols.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create a training program for the security guards.
• Work on formalizing the Violence in the Workplace Procedure & Training Program.
• Update and Improve our Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) program.
• Other duties as assigned.
