Gm/Floor Manager at LUCKY ACES CLUB VINTON

Lucky Aces Club, an upscale entertainment venue located in Vinton, OH, is seeking a dynamic General Manager/Floor Manager to join our team. As the GM/Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, managing and motivating our team, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the club, including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, inventory, and customer service
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase revenue
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners
• Train and coach team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and products
• Ensure that all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met or exceeded
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new initiatives and programs

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry
• Proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving revenue targets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $25.00 - $42.00/hour.
