The MCS Group, Inc has an immediate job opening for an Operations Support Manager in the NJ/NY Market.
This hybrid opportunity has both work from home and on client premises responsibilities that require a versatile person that is a self-starter, that must be able to work both independently and in a collaborative setting.
Work Hours – are 40+ per week.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support On-site client teams
- Manage KPI, Reporting and QBR/ABR for clients
- Support site staffing
- Manage regional flex staffing
- Provide Operational support of the business development team
- Other responsibilities as assigned
You must have your own transportation and be willing and able to travel to client sites as needed.
Needed Skills include:
Technology proficiency in MS Office suite of products, especially Excel.
Strong writing skills is a must.
