Molalla Prevention and Engagement Assistant

Mon-Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM with some flex scheduling possible for weekend events This position will be housed mainly within the Todos Juntos office at Molalla River Middle School. The following responsibilities are a general summary and job expectations are not limited to these. Other responsibilities may arise in order to perform the work required. Responsibilities: - Implement the Stanford Healthy Futures Program. - Implement Council/Circle small group programs during the school day (after training) - Collaborate with Site Manager and Prevention Specialist to create and run additional prevention programs - Run summer programs for all ages related to specific grants. - Document participation and complete required grant paperwork. - Meet deadlines for paperwork. - Oversee/teach after-school and summer clubs and contribute to program development for River middle school Students. - Implement student attendance assistance as designed in collaboration with Molalla River Middle School. - Advocate for underserved rural youth and families. - Organize and execute family engagement events at least six times per year - Participate in tabling events to raise awareness and engage the community. - Develop and nurture partnerships within the community. - Provide translation services and interpretation as needed. - Collaborate with school districts, community partners, and other staff. - Contribute to creating a culture of healing and positive community environments.
