  • Estimated annual base pay: $70,500 (minimum) - $88,000 (midpoint) - $105,000 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you are an Operations Supervisor, 3rd Shift we have an exciting opportunity for you. The position directs the activities of, and has responsibility for, subordinates in direct production and indirect support functions in an operation environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Ensure members adhere to all work instructions and quality requirements.

  • Aligns individual and team/departmental goals to support overall organizational goals.

  • Responsible for maintaining member skills matrix, development, and execution of a training plan.

  • Understands daily build rates, ensures direct members understand the needed daily build rates, holds members accountable to achieve the daily build rates, removes barriers from achieving the daily build rates.

  • Communicates shift performance, needs, and escalations in daily shift transfers.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2 years or less if previous leadership experience required (e.g., direct leadership, team lead, mentoring, projects, etc.). Previous operations experience/knowledge required.

  • U.S High school diploma or equivalent. 2 - 4-year degree in related discipline required.

  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.

  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize day-to-day activities and issues within functional area. Problem solving and resolution skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to motivate teams and resolve member related issues.
