Under moderate supervision of Loan Servicing management, performs Loan Servicing work. Complete department specific tasks, daily, weekly and monthly and identify account information for accuracy. Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas which could include customer or third party contact. Exercises some judgment within guidelines.

This person will,

  • Supporting the Investor Reporting team to work with ACH (Automated Clearing House) and government agencies.

  • Prepare daily and monthly reconciliations for general ledger & DDA accounts related to loans

  • Report loan activity to Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) - Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc.

  • Complete ACH set-ups & changes and review reports related to each

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • High School or equivalent combination of education and experienceRequired

Experience

  • Less than 2 years of general office, banking, and/or related experienceRequired

  • Less than 2 years of accounting experience Preferred

  • 2-4 years of Banking Operations/Servicing Experience Preferred
