Responsibilities

  • Support the development and deployment of strategies aimed at delivering supply chain, procurement, and finance services and technology solutions for our North American customers.
  • Independently provide expert guidance to customers in either upstream or downstream processes in how to best configure and deploy our solutions to achieve business objectives leveraging prior industry and or implementation experience.
  • Leads the customer through the implementation lifecycle beginning with the end in mind. Conducts workshops with customer specific materials with tradeoffs and drives decisions with a focus attaining business objectives. Becomes an expert in the customers business in the eyes of the customer.
  • Completes required documentation of customer processes through configuration decisions, testing and training.
  • Lead the customer with Master Data conversion aligning with system configuration.
  • Continuous improvement mindset proactively updating our methodology and conducting knowledge sharing with the team(s).
  • Work closely with customer success and Advisory team to ensure customers are set for success and drive adoption.
  • Collaborates across departments to align technological capabilities with business use cases.
  • Interface and communicate with project teams, management, and stakeholders, and provide support accordingly.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher required. Masters or equivalent experience - preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting and procurement technology implementations to drive business outcomes.
  • Proven subject matter expertise across all aspects of Procurement including Procure to Pay Processes, Procurement Technology (such as P2P, CLM, spend analytics and eSourcing), Financial Modeling, Procurement and Finance Policy, and Contracting
  • Strong MS Office expertise, PowerPoint and advanced Excel
  • English language fluency required
  • Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems.
  • Skilled at working with managing and validating large data sets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to make the complex simple.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • As a client facing role, the ability to build relationships with clients and third parties is preferred
  • Self-starter, with demonstrated ability to translate direction and strategy into results.
  • Develop and foster client relationships with the ability to identify areas to expand our portfolio
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation and progressive thinking that thrives on new challenges

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
