Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the maturation and coordination of process, product design, mold design, paint, chroming, assembly
  • Apply the gate launch system structured approach to managing new launch programs through multiple production facilities.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the program lifecycle
  • Participate in feasibility reviews to highlight potential risks and work with the customer to resolve them.
  • Ensure that all tasks are progressing as effectively as possible using time bound program timelines and risks are identified and managed.
  • Manage internal and customer budget costs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree required; engineering discipline preferred
  • 5+ years' progressive work experience within the area of Program Management.
  • Knowledgeable in Integrated Manufacturing and Design related to OEM and Manufacturing facilities
  • Strong preference for specific knowledge of injection molding, paint, assembly and chroming.
  • Expertise with complex injections molded "Class A" surface and/or painted parts preferred.
