Staffmark has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Hot Springs, AR, and we're looking for a Production Lead to join our diverse team. Schedule: 6 am until the end of production that day, could be 8 to 12-hour shifts.


Pay: Negotiable based on experience.


The Production Lead requires specific qualifications, including previous experience leading a team in a production environment, strong computer skills focusing on Excel, and excellent leadership, team building, and management abilities. The Production Lead is responsible for supporting associate scheduling, completing daily operating reports, increasing production through effective leadership, and contributing to developing strategic plans for the production team.
