Job Description
A key member of the Hexatronic Rochester Cable team, the Marketing Manager will build on the strong Rochester Cable brand and implement lead-generating activities across the buyers' omnichannel journey.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and implement the marketing plan for the Rochester Cable brand by value stream and through various media, such as LinkedIn, and direct e-marketing by value stream.

• Maintain ownership of the content pipeline for Rochester Cable.

• Together with the sales team, implement lead-generating activities.

• Produce and edit content for high-impact initiatives that articulate Rochester Cables values, capabilities, and strategic priorities.

• Create content that describes our products and solutions in an accurate, engaging, and technical manner and which highlights our expertise in solving the target audience's problems.

• Develop and implement a SoMe plan for Rochester that will be published in the Global Hexatronic channels.

• Plan, prepare, and coordinate all trade show and customer events for Rochester Cable

• Work with group marketing and other sub-vertical teams on shared projects (e.g. the future Hexatronic US Intranet)

• Oversee day-to-day operation and management of local marketing activity to ensure an on-time and on-budget performance.

Requirements

• Please note: This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR), as such, applicants must be a U.S. person defined as a citizen, national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.

• Proven work experience as a marketing specialist or manager, preferably B2B, with technical products.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.

• Minimum 3 years in a similar position.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for different contexts (i.e., SoMe, web, mailings, key messages, etc.)

• Ability to convey ideas that ultimately persuade an audience to act.

• Working Knowledge of the Inbound marketing methodology.

• Knowledge of HubSpot CMS, CRM, and Marketing Hub.

• Knowledge of post-production and editing of videography and photos.

• Must be self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Additional Desired Skills:

• Experience in cable manufacturing or similar field.

• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM Act.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.

• Ideally located within commuting distance of our facility in Culpeper, Virginia.

• Overnight travel to customers and vendors will be required.
