Job Description Summary

As a Client Coordinator Team Lead working for Taylor Morrison, your primary goal is to assist the Processing Manager to offset potential delays by maintaining ongoing communication with the Client Coordinator(s) regarding loan processing. This position assists the Client Coordinator in trouble shooting, mentoring and support.

What You'll Do

* Mentor (Buddy System)

* Monitor specific pipeline views and/or dashboards for pipeline management

* Assist team members with loan level questions

* Assist with loan submissions to underwriting

* Support Client Coordinators with completing Commitment Letters, or other needed tasks

* Maintain a reduced personal pipeline

* Random loan reviews to confirm best practices are being used

* Coverage for Processing Manager (i.e. loan assignment, dashboard reviews, etc)

* Collaborate and interact with field and builder team members and management

* Perform other duties as assigned

* High School Graduate or equivalent

* 3+ year prior processing experience

* 5+ year of customer service preferred

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to changing work assignments

* Strong written and verbal communication, follow up skills and strong sense of accountability

* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
