With the assistance of RN-BC Charge Nurses and Medical Surgical Telemetry Nursing Supervisors, the Assistant Director will oversee the department’s administrative and clinical responsibilities. This Leader will have routine communication with Managers on other similar units and will work alongside excellent Medical Professionals to give quality care to the patients. 

As the Medical Surgical Telemetry Assistant Director, this Leader will be in charge of ensuring that the Department runs smoothly. The Assistant Director will manage budgeting and resource allocation of supplies and equipment. Besides ensuring Professional Development and appropriate staffing, this person will oversee quality metrics routinely. The Med/Surg Tele Assistant Director leads as a role model for the department.
