We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Permanent Account Manager to join our team, specifically within the realm of Insurance/Commercial Lines. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial insurance and account management, with a strong emphasis on business insurance. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to our team's success and help shape the future of our organization.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Account Manager, your core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective Customer Relationship Management.
Using your exceptional communication skills to negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
Conducting strategic planning to improve client results.
Utilizing your product knowledge to educate clients on insurance options and the benefits of each product.
Resolving complex client issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate for the Permanent Account Manager role must possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance, commercial lines, and account management.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, CSR, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
