AUTOMOTIVE ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER

Service Department Experience Required

Rossi Auto Group has grown rapidly and has an opening for an Assistant Service Manager. We are looking for either experienced Service Managers or Advisors who are ready to advance. The successful candidate will be groomed for future advancement.

Qualifications/Requirements – Assistant Service Manager:

  • Previous dealership Service or Parts management preferred but we will train candidates with Service Advisor experience
  • Knowledge of dealership warranty process and policies; principles and processes for providing great customer service
  • The ability to identify causes of operating errors and the knowledge to create and implement processes and corrective actions
  • An aptitude for developing employees including training, leadership and communication
  • The ability to use good judgment in challenging situations
  • A professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and MVR
