Warranty and Scheduling Coordinator

Love a great game of chess?  Douglas Brooke Homes a division of Douglas Brooke Legacy is looking for a warranty and scheduling coordinator to help support our growing, fast paced business. The You will work closely with a team coordinating manpower for warranty and renovation projects.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can take into account multiple tactical possibilities to achieving completion of a project and pivot when your opponent (weather, delayed vendors etc.) threatens to disrupt your strategy.  This candidate must have exceptional communication, mathematical and organizational skills with the ability to  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite is required. Working knowledge of Apple products preferred. BuilderTrend knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answer all warranty inquiries within 24 hours of receiving. 
• Schedule & follow up on all warranty items until resolution is met 
• Work with SVP of Operations to create and maintain warranty handbook
• Schedule delivery and install of cabinets 
• Greet clients as they enter the sales office 
• Answer phones 
• Update renovation job board daily 
• Ensure renovation/remodel jobs are update in Buildertrend daily 
• Send bids to clients as directed by project manager
• Communicate with clients as directed by project manager 
• Communicate with accounting department as directed by project manager 
• Assist QC manager in uploading reports to Buildertrend
• Communicate QC items to construction manager and follow up through completion 
• Keep office supply inventory – send order requests to SVP of Operations as needed 
• Other administrative duties as assigned 
  

Pay: $24 -$27
