As a property inspector, you help ensure we are providing Best-in-Class housekeeping and property management service to our guests and owners. A property inspector is also expected to work independently while effectively communicating with other team members when necessary. JOB DESCRIPTION

A Housekeeping Inspector performs pre-arrival property inspections to ensure that company standards are routinely met or exceeded by our housekeeping/maintenance teams. Each morning, you are assigned a list of rentals that will need to be inspected that day. Upon your arrival to each rental, you will use the inspection checklist as a guide to ensure the property has been cleaned properly, fully stocked with fresh amenities, and is in perfect condition for the next guest. Minor touch-ups are easily fixed by utilizing a small bag of supplies provided to you, while larger or more serious issues should be reported to our maintenance or housekeeping teams for further evaluation. Additionally, each of our inspectors are expected to be the acting supervisor of a select number of housekeepers and will be responsible for coordinating transportation for any non-driving housekeepers to their daily assignments, routinely following up with assigned housekeepers, and tracking their overall performance by submitting daily quality control reports. Additional duties may include assisting with owner/guest deliveries and pickups, as well as assisting other departments with a variety of minor tasks.

Staff members are NOT required to use their own vehicles. Company vehicles are available to all employees who are able to meet acceptable driving standards.
