Insurance Customer Service Representative

Join the Dan Ortmann American Family Insurance Agency, located in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. We are currently hiring a Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with our valued clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their insurance inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Base salary of $37,500-$52,000, based on years of experience.

Newly licensed applicants would start out at $37,500.

Experienced licensed applicants starting salary up to $52,000.

• Must be a licensed insurance representative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred.
