Position Summary:

The IT Analyst provides essential support to the IT department, assisting in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of our technology infrastructure to optimize efficiency and reliability.

Duties: 

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining network systems such as routers, switches, and servers to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability.
  • Support in the management of IT assets, including inventory tracking and software licensing to ensure compliance and optimal resources utilization.
  • Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned, which may involve collaboration with other departments to meet organizational objectives.

 

Education & Experience: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of technical college or certification in IT.

 

Certifications, Licenses & Registrations:

  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s Class - C driver's license. 

 

Safety Requirements:

  • Must comply with all company policies, regulations, traffic laws, safety rules, and safe practices when driving a Cooperative vehicle and be properly licensed to operate said vehicle.  Must also attend any safety training as directed and observe safety policies, rules, regulations and laws in the performance of duties.
