Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough roof inspections:

   • Assess and identify issues such as leaks, damage, and general wear and tear.
   • Provide comprehensive reports outlining inspection findings, recommended repairs, and estimated costs.

2. Estimation and Sales:

   • Collaborate with clients to understand their roofing needs.
   • Provide detailed and transparent estimates for recommended repairs or replacements.
   • Actively engage in sales discussions, addressing client concerns and offering suitable solutions.

3. Collaboration and Planning:

   • Work closely with the roofing team to develop effective repair and maintenance plans.
   • Coordinate with sales and project management to ensure seamless execution of projects.

4. Industry Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during inspections.
   • Stay informed about roofing materials, technologies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Roof Inspector or similar role in the roofing industry.
• Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and assess roofing issues accurately.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Proven sales experience and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pickup Truck (be able to have a ladder rack)
