Job Description
The Spencer Thomas Group is excited to partner with a highly successful manufacturing client, headquartered in Winchester, VA, looking to find an exceptional Director of Total Rewards.
The Director of Total Rewards is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the total rewards programs globally. This includes compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition programs. This position will also provide strategic support to senior leaders, key managers, and HRBP's.
The ideal candidate would be able to:
- Shape rewards strategy: Develop & manage compensation, benefits, equity, & recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance & effectiveness: Align with business objectives, meet legal requirements, & drive employee engagement.
- Utilize their 10+ years' of experience in compensation & benefits, and ideally 5+ years leading
Already possess:
- Bachelor's in HR, business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize competing demands.
- Strong analytical, communication, & leadership skills.
- Deep knowledge of compensation & benefits best practices.
Most importantly:
- Ability to think strategically: The Director of Total Rewards should be able to think strategically and develop a long-term vision for the organization's compensation and benefits programs. They should be able to align these programs with the company's overall business strategy and objectives.
