HR Payroll Manager

We are seeking an HR Payroll Manager with experience in Construction payroll and human resources. You will be responsible for all aspects of payroll and HR. Experience with certified payroll and construction safety compliance preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the payroll process for up to 200 employees
• Responsible for certified payroll reports and rate changes
• Keep company in compliance with ongoing changes in payroll law
• Manage Health insurance and 401k plans
• Manage new hire process and exit interviews for terminations
• Manage employee handbook and updates

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR/Payroll management for construction company
• Knowledge of Prevailing Wage/DIR rules and rates
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure
