Staff Pharmacist needed-Travels Accepted

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist with an active Washington license to join their team for a temporary assignment. The assignment duration is 13 weeks with a significant opportunity for extension based on performance and business needs.

Shift: Mon to Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a pharmacist in our facility, you will play a vital role in providing pharmaceutical care and support to patients and clinic personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-service training for pharmacy personnel or other clinic staff members.
• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently while ensuring patient safety and compliance.
• Counsel patients on medication use, potential side effects, and adherence to treatment plans.
• Review medical charts according to OBRA requirements to ensure appropriateness of medication therapy.
• Oversee and manage the clinic medication formulary, ensuring availability and compliance with regulatory standards.
