Location: Greater Seattle area. This is a hybrid position, visiting the office in Seattle once a week. Open to hiring in King and Pierce Counties.

Position Overview:

You will have the exciting responsibility of establishing, nurturing and expanding Astound's existing customer base. You will explore ways to expand existing accounts, through excellent service and support to ensure client satisfaction that leads to long-term account. Often times, you will serve as a liaison between our clients and other internal departments to expedite any assistance. Primary emphasis will be on growing revenue from the customer base, controlling customer churn, and contracting clients that are currently without agreements. The role will be both customer facing and on the phone.

A Day in the Life of the Senior Enterprise Account Manager:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage, upsell and grow accounts
  • Secure month-to-month customers into long term contracts
  • Reduce Customer Churn
  • Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships
  • Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio
  • Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Supporting sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets
  • Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 4 - 5 years' experience selling data and/or voice services
  • Demonstrated success in telecommunications and internet sales to end-user customer, including strategic and large business customer using our CRM and other organic systems
  • Ability to communicate with C Level executives and decision makers within an organization
  • Experience in technology sales, consultative sales techniques, and account planning including account profiling, account positioning strategies, customer needs analysis, sales opportunity development, service improvement planning, and long term account management strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive customer satisfaction and achieve business growth targets
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and develop actionable insights to drive business outcomes
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning and billing processes
  • Technical knowledge of networking services and telecommunications services
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record per the Company's Vehicle Use Policy

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Base Salary: The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000, plus an uncapped commission plan, and opportunities for bonus and benefits, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.

Commissions at plan: Targeted commissions are $16,000 annually. Our sales total compensation offers the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
