The Role
Reporting to the President of E2E Recruitment Solutions, as the Director of Business Development, you will serve as a brand ambassador and business development expert responsible for generating opportunities and growing revenue for our business offerings including Professional Search, RPO, Contract Recruiters, and Recruitment Projects. Youll be an advocate for the business, build strong and strategic business relationships that win deals and generate referrals, and create a comprehensive channel partner program. Additionally, you'll be expected to increase brand awareness through social media and special events such as webinars, workshops, seminars, community outreach, etc. created to bring current and prospective clients together and to increase brand recognition.Your Qualifications
To be a strong fit for the Director of Business Development role, you will have:- Minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing business development experience in a Human Resources environment, preferably recruitment.
- 2-3 years of experience promoting brand(s) on social media; strong knowledge of social media platforms.
- A programmatic vs. one job approach; experience driving RPO business preferred.
- Excellent networking skills and proven ability to build a pipeline.
- Financial and business acumen.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills; big picture thinking.
- Highly polished communicator and presenter, virtually and in person.
- Minimum, a bachelors degree in human resources, business, marketing, or a related field.
