  • Estimated annual base pay: $61,305 (minimum) - $76,631 (midpoint) - $91,957 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're an Executive Administrative Assistant, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This individual with great latitude and little to no supervision, performs diverse and complex executive administrative and coordinator assignments to support the Corporate General Counsel.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Advanced executive administrative duties, supporting the General Counsel as well as multiple Associate General Counsel.
  • Maintains complex calendar(s) for top level executives.
  • Plans, organizes, coordinates, and maintains all aspects of complex travel arrangements domestic and international.
  • Represents and supports top level company officers, acts as liaison with all levels of the organization, key clients, board members and internal/external customers (e.g. investors, local community programs and leaders, etc.).
  • Coordinates special meetings and events requiring preparation of meeting materials and logistics (may include global coordination).
  • Provides support for the creation, compilation and transmission of materials and communications to the Board of Directors and its various committees.
  • Prepares/drafts memos, letters, reports, presentations and other documentation of confidential nature.
  • Provides other support for Legal & Compliance strategic, tactical and event-related initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years experience with Senior Executive level management
  • US - High School Diploma
