How You'll Make a Difference:

You will be responsible for developing the content needed for various organization initiatives and needs. Transforming ideas and creating content across a variety of channels and media.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Content Manager and wider content team to create content with the PMI voice, targeted to PMI's identified customer segments across a variety of channels and media.
  • Work with the content team and internal subject matter experts to develop and execute new content ideas that target audience needs.
  • Create instructional content using the following tools:
    • Adobe Creative Suite
    • Video editing software including Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Voiceovers using AI tools such as WellSaid or ElevenLabs
    • Miro for conceptualizing and storyboarding
    • Experience with wireframing and prototyping in Adobe XD and Figma
  • Focus on proactive storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Provide support for fellow content team members as needed including proofing materials, attending meetings, posting content on digital channels, and producing analytics reports.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure alignment on messaging and content approach.
  • Working cross-functionally, create content project plans and assure deadlines for content availability are met.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with internal business partners and communicate regularly with all partners regarding content needs.
  • Initiate, develop, and direct implementation of content via direct mail, collateral, video, web content, and other channels.
  • Post content, evaluate content performance, and make tweaks as needed.
  • Ensure that all deliverables comply with PMI brand standards and graphic identity guidelines.


What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Journalism, English or another related field.
  • Highly developed organization, planning, and management skills with ability to think and plan ahead.
  • Knowledge of and preferably demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of content development and technical media delivery channels.
  • Experience designing and implementing conferences and/or live learning events for large audiences.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Layout and typography
    • Graphic Design
    • Video editing
    • Articulate Storyline
    • Instructional Design
    • UX/UI design
