Business Litigation Counsel - Irvine

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a Counsel track attorney to join the firm's Irvine, California office. The firm has a robust litigation practice and handles some of the largest cases in federal and state courts around the country. Womble is looking for a Counsel track attorney with 5-20 years of experience in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Candidates must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, as well as court experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with legal research, drafting motions and briefs, managing complex e-discovery, preparing deposition outlines and exhibits, and with skills in fact investigation and fact development.

Must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in California. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. Please note that Womble Bond Dickinson's counsel track opportunities are off-track/not partner track and therefore have a reduced billable hour requirement. The estimated salary range for this role in California is $100,000 - $250,000 a year.
