We are part of a larger framework - Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) - that guides building design so that construction can leverage manufacturing productivity. We’re made up of smart architects, engineers, manufacturers, programmers, and other generalists that are united by the notion that to make great things intelligently is a worthy pursuit.

Construction Execution Team Overview:

The Construction team is embedded within the BLOX organization. The team takes a cross functional approach to solve some of the most complex challenges facing BLOX. The Construction Team supports the BLOX enterprise with a focus on construction operations. The team works collaboratively across all functions (Program Management, R&D, Design, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing etc.) to continuously improve the end-to-end BLOX value chain.

BLOX Project Delivery Services features an integrated approach of in-house General Contracting, in addition to self-performing Module Set, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Framing and Finish Carpentry. We manage the traditional construction scopes such as site, civil and foundations, while delivering modular buildings with an industrialized approach.
