Wellness Advisor | Full Or Part-Time at VIVE Float Studio | Old Town

VIVE Float Studio | Old Town located in the Chicago, IL area, is looking for a person who has a passion for self-care, sees the honor and value in serving others, has a hyper detail-oriented mind-set, who isn't afraid to take initiative on tasks and enjoys putting their best efforts forward every moment. Has a teachable spirit, growth mindset and creative problem-solving skills are a plus. We offer a flexible schedule allowing for a great work-school-life balance.

SCOPE | Our Wellness Advisors are responsible for guest reception, guest service/membership/product education, room/studio cleaning, operating equipment specific to each therapy/modality and Bleu Boutique knowledge. All members of our team are called to care for the entire studio environment.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must have basic computer and administrative skills. Must have a work history that reflects the ability to work at a quick pace while creating and enjoying a great work environment.

SCHEDULE | Currently a part-time position (based on availability of applicants schedule), 20-24 Hours/Week OR a full-time position at 30-34 Hours/Week, Wednesday-Sunday with various shifts. Potential for additional hours. Currently closed on Monday and Tuesday (increase in occupancy will change schedule). Weekends and holidays required. One year of customer service and/or wellness industry experience required.

COMPENSATION | $16.50 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience), complimentary use of services, family and friends pricing program, and extensive wellness/industry training.
