Position Overview:
We are seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide transportation services for the senior residents safely, efficiently, and courteously.
Hours:
- Flexible start and end times
- approximately 15 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Operates Caravan subject to schedules and local and state traffic regulations.
- Maintains a professional image and performs duties courteously, friendly, and emphasizes positive customer relations.
- Reports equipment and maintenance problems or concerns to appropriate management personnel.
- Assists passengers, particularly elderly and handicapped persons, in boarding or exiting vehicles as necessary.
- Completes trip log
- Complete the route in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintains the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the bus
Qualifications:
- 21 years or older: valid license for at least three years
- Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Desire to provide excellent service to the public
- Knowledge of local area and comfort using GPS
- Chauffer's License preferred
