Position Summary:
An Operations Analyst is crucial in optimizing a business's operational effectiveness. They are responsible for examining data from various sources and employing visualization tools to create a comprehensive overview of the company's performance. This role ensures the accuracy and adequacy of reporting by leveraging business insights and data analysis skills. By developing metrics and analytical tools, the Operations Analyst enhances operational efficiency and provides crucial insights to aid management in decision-making, policy development, growth management, and administrative tasks.
Experience Requirements:
· Examine data from multiple sources to create a detailed overview of the business's operational effectiveness, utilizing visualization tools for clarity.
· Guarantee the sufficiency and precision of reporting through the application of business insights and data analysis.
· Create metrics and analytical instruments to enhance operational efficiency.
· Develop and explain insights that help management make decisions, develop policies, manage growth forecasts, and perform other administrative tasks.
· Demonstrated expertise in analyzing, understanding, and summarizing complex data specific to government contracts.
· Create reports and presentations based on strategic and tactical research with recommendations for senior management.
· Capability to recognize and oversee the execution of research and analysis initiatives.
· Must be an excellent written, oral, and visual communicator with comfort presenting to senior-level leadership.
Education and Work Experience:
· MBA preferred.
· Lean Six Sigma preferred.
· Process engineering experience preferred.
· 2-4 years experience in management consulting preferred.
Technical Experience:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
· Strong skill set in:
· Analysis

· Briefing
· Master level proficiency in:
· PowerPoint
· Excel
· Data visualization, e.g. Cliq, Power BI, Tableau, DAVO

Location: Onsite: El Paso, TX
Travel: 10% as needed
Physical and Technical Environment:
· Must be able to sit for extended periods.
· Must be able to work on a computer for extended periods.
· Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Tigua or client site facility.
If this position is listed as onsite, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
